Full payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement has been made directly with the proprietor.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will incur a charge equal to one night's accommodation. Guests who do not arrive and have not contacted us may be charged for the full booking.

Group bookings and bookings made during special events (concerts, festivals, rugby matches, Christmas Day and New Years Eve) are subject to different cancellation terms.
